EuroTech Appliance Services was founded with a clear idea: to create a more professional, reliable and structured appliance repair experience for customers in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas.

We saw a real need in the market for an appliance service company that combines strong technical repair experience with clear communication, organised processes and proper customer care.

Many customers do not only want someone who can repair an appliance. They want a service provider they can trust — someone who communicates clearly, arrives professionally, gives honest feedback and treats the appliance, the home and the customer with respect.

That is why EuroTech was created.

Our focus is on selected premium appliance brands, including Bosch, Siemens, Miele, Liebherr, Gaggenau, SMEG and AEG. These brands represent quality, engineering and long-term value. We believe they deserve a repair approach that is structured, careful and professional.

EuroTech Appliance Services was built on the partnership between business experience, technical expertise and genuine customer focus.

On one side, there is many years of business, marketing and customer communication experience, combined with a strong sense for structure, reliability and German precision.

On the other side, there is practical appliance repair experience, technical problem-solving ability, reliability and a hands-on understanding of what customers need when an appliance fails.

We realised that these strengths work well together.

The appliance repair industry does not only need technical skill. It also needs clear communication, proper administration, transparent pricing, organised workflows and a professional attitude from the first customer contact to the final repair outcome.

Our goal is to build EuroTech into a trusted premium appliance service company — starting in Port Elizabeth and the surrounding region, with a long-term vision to grow step by step across South Africa.

With a German background and a strong connection to South Africa, Stefan’s focus is on building EuroTech as a structured, reliable and premium-focused service company. His role is to create the business foundation behind the technical service: clear processes, professional communication, strong branding, customer trust and long-term strategic growth.

Stefan believes that a repair business should not operate casually. Customers deserve clear information, transparent pricing, dependable service and a company that takes responsibility for the full customer experience.

His vision for EuroTech is to combine European service standards with practical South African market understanding — creating an appliance service company that is professional, approachable and built for long-term reliability.

Donovan Mardon is co-founder and shareholder of EuroTech Appliance Services and leads the technical side of the business.

With 12 years of practical industry experience, Donovan has built a strong background in appliance repairs, maintenance and technical support for residential and business clients.

Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of customers, including households, guesthouses, restaurants, lodges and game farms. This has given him valuable experience across different environments, appliance types and technical systems.

Donovan enjoys the challenge of fault finding and identifying effective repair solutions. His approach is practical, reliable and focused on completing work to a high standard.

He is driven by professionalism, dependable service and proper customer care, and he is proud to be part of building a business that clients can rely on.

Chantelle focuses on customer liaison, scheduling, communication and supporting the operational flow of the company. She helps create a professional and welcoming customer experience from the first enquiry through to the service process.

She is passionate about building strong customer relationships and being part of a company that people can trust.

For Chantelle, good service is not only about the repair itself. It is also about how customers are treated, how clearly they are informed and how confidently they feel looked after.
