Professional Espresso and Automatic Equipment
We assess selected equipment from La Marzocco, Kees van der Westen, Futura, WMF Professional and Carraro, as well as other commercial coffee equipment manufacturers where model support and parts can be confirmed.
For cafés, restaurants, offices and hospitality, please provide the exact model and site requirements first. A brand listing does not mean every machine or every installation can be accepted.
Two Different Types of Commercial Machine
Automatic coffee systems
Describe grinding, drink delivery, milk preparation and cleaning-cycle symptoms. Include the milk-system configuration and whether the machine uses a tank or fixed water supply.
Workshop or Call-Out Assessment?
Portable equipment may be assessed at our Newton Park workshop. For built-in, fixed or larger machines that cannot reasonably be transported, contact us to arrange a call-out assessment. On-site access does not guarantee that every repair can be completed during the visit.
Do not disconnect fixed electrical or plumbing connections yourself. Safe isolation, lifting, transport and any specialist arrangements need to be agreed with the responsible person. Regional availability and travel are confirmed when booking.
What to Send Before We Schedule
- Brand, exact model and a photo of the rating label
- Group count or automatic machine configuration
- Fault description, warning messages and a short video if useful
- Site address, access hours and any lifting or access constraints
- Water supply, water-treatment and electrical connection information
- Recent maintenance, installation changes and when the fault began
Repair Decisions and Operational Planning
We assess the reported functions and explain the findings before quoting for approved work. If parts must be sourced, the timing and next step depend on availability and the agreed repair scope. No same-day restoration, emergency attendance, loan machine or maintenance contract is promised by this page.

Coffee Machine Repair Fees

Workshop Bench Fee – R450
For portable coffee machines brought to our Port Elizabeth workshop for assessment and diagnosis.
Call-Out Fee – R750
For built-in, fixed or larger coffee machines that cannot reasonably be transported to our workshop. The Port Elizabeth call-out fee includes the first 30 minutes on site.

Do you assess Carraro coffee machines?
We welcome enquiries for selected Carraro equipment. Send the full model, machine label and fault details so that EuroTech can confirm suitability before any visit or drop-off.
Is every commercial machine covered by the R750 fee?
R750 is the Port Elizabeth call-out assessment fee for qualifying fixed or larger machines, including the first 30 minutes on site. Repair work, parts, additional labour and regional travel arrangements are quoted or confirmed separately.
Are you a manufacturer-authorised service agent?
