A model-specific approach to espresso equipment

Kees van der Westen equipment has model-specific brewing, heating and control arrangements. For example, a Spirit installation needs a different assessment context from a compact single-group machine. We ask for the model and serial details, the affected group or function and any displayed indication before planning inspection.

Symptoms to Tell the Workshop About

  • Differences in flow or performance between groups
  • Brewing-temperature or heating concerns
  • Steam and hot-water delivery interruptions
  • Pump, water-supply and pressure symptoms
  • Control responses, leaks and recurring operational warnings

Planning a Useful Assessment

A fault that appears only during busy service can be different from one present at start-up. Note when it occurs, which functions remain usable and whether any water-supply or maintenance change preceded it. High-temperature, pressurised equipment must be assessed by a qualified technician rather than opened by the operator.

Before You Book or Transport the Machine

Provide the exact model, serial-label image, group count and water-treatment details. For installed equipment, send the site address and explain access restrictions. EuroTech will confirm whether a workshop assessment or a call-out is appropriate before any disconnection or transport.

EuroTech is an independent repair business. Brand names identify the equipment discussed; no manufacturer-authorised, warranty-agent or certified-partner status is claimed.
