Different machine types need different checks

A manual portafilter machine and an automatic machine do not have the same brewing arrangement. The useful starting information is therefore the full model code, followed by the functions that still work. We distinguish a coffee-only problem from a wider water-flow or heating issue before proposing the next assessment step.

Symptoms to Tell the Workshop About

  • No coffee delivery or an interrupted automatic drink cycle
  • Grinding or brewing movement problems on equipped models
  • Heating, hot-water or steam faults
  • Milk-system problems on machines with that function
  • Leaks, indicator warnings and controls that do not respond normally

Planning a Useful Assessment

Describe whether the fault appears when the machine is first switched on, only when brewing, or during milk preparation. If it leaks, explain where the water is visible and whether the tank level drops while idle. We inspect the relevant machine functions rather than treating every symptom as a descaling issue.

Before You Book or Transport the Machine

Send the rating-label model code and any displayed warning. Include a photo showing whether it uses a portafilter, internal brewing system or milk container. Ask us which removable accessories should accompany the machine for testing.

EuroTech is an independent repair business. Brand names identify the equipment discussed; no manufacturer-authorised, warranty-agent or certified-partner status is claimed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you assess both automatic and manual De’Longhi machines?

We assess selected machines in both categories. Exact model support, parts and the repair decision must be confirmed with EuroTech before drop-off; an enquiry is not a guarantee that every model is serviceable.

Will repair work start without a quotation?

No. Assessment findings, parts availability and proposed repair charges are explained for approval before repair work proceeds.

Confirm Your Machine and the Next Step

Send your brand, model, a short fault description and a photo of the label. EuroTech will confirm whether we can assist before you arrange transport or a visit.
