Start with the installation and the affected function

For a professional machine, the installation is part of the assessment context. A problem at one coffee group is not the same as loss of heating across the machine or a change in incoming water supply. Please describe the functions separately and send the machine's rating-label details so we can confirm whether we can assist.

Symptoms to Tell the Workshop About

  • Coffee delivery that stops or becomes inconsistent
  • Heating, steam or hot-water concerns
  • Water visible beneath the machine or at a connection
  • Pump operation and reported pressure changes
  • Switches, controls and warnings specific to the installed model

Planning a Useful Assessment

Include when the fault began, whether it affects one group or all drinks, and any recent plumbing, filter or electrical work. These details help us plan the inspection and avoid treating an installation symptom as a confirmed internal component fault. Repair scope and suitable parts are established before a quotation is approved.

Before You Book or Transport the Machine

Send a full-machine photo, rating-label photo, number of groups and site address. For fixed equipment, do not arrange disconnection or lifting until the assessment plan is confirmed. Access, transport and any regional travel requirements are discussed when booking.

EuroTech is an independent repair business. Brand names identify the equipment discussed; no manufacturer-authorised, warranty-agent or certified-partner status is claimed.

Coffee Machine Repair Fees

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I arrange a call-out or a workshop drop-off for a Futura machine?

Contact EuroTech first with the model and installation details. Portable equipment may be assessed at the workshop; a fixed or larger machine may require a call-out assessment. Neither option guarantees repair before diagnosis.

Will repair work start without a quotation?

No. Assessment findings, parts availability and proposed repair charges are explained for approval before repair work proceeds.

Confirm Your Machine and the Next Step

Send your brand, model, a short fault description and a photo of the label. EuroTech will confirm whether we can assist before you arrange transport or a visit.
