Look at brew and steam performance separately

Professional espresso equipment brings together the water supply, heating, group delivery, steam and electronic controls. We ask whether the issue affects one group or the whole machine, whether steam remains available and whether a control or temperature warning appears. This helps plan a suitable technical assessment rather than making a parts diagnosis from a single symptom.

Symptoms to Tell the Workshop About

  • Group-head delivery and inconsistent water flow
  • Boiler or heating symptoms and temperature concerns
  • Pump operation and reported pressure problems
  • Steam and hot-water delivery faults
  • Leaks, controls and model-specific electronic indications

Planning a Useful Assessment

For a café, restaurant or hospitality site, tell us how the machine is connected to water and power, what treatment system is fitted and when it was last serviced. Inspection scope, access and any further workshop work must be agreed before a visit; no emergency response time or service contract is implied.

Before You Book or Transport the Machine

Send the model and serial-label photographs, number of groups, a short fault video and the site address. Do not disconnect fixed electrical or plumbing connections yourself. We will discuss safe isolation, access and transport with the responsible person.

EuroTech is an independent repair business. Brand names identify the equipment discussed; no manufacturer-authorised, warranty-agent or certified-partner status is claimed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Must a large fixed La Marzocco machine be brought to the workshop?

Not automatically. Contact EuroTech first. Fixed or larger machines that cannot reasonably be transported may need a call-out assessment, with repair arrangements confirmed after inspection.

Will repair work start without a quotation?

No. Assessment findings, parts availability and proposed repair charges are explained for approval before repair work proceeds.
